Logon Failure Notices - Invalid User or Password - Inactive / Disabled

Invalid User or Password 

 

This is an indication either your user id or password are incorrect and do not match what is shown in the System.  Retry your logon, if It persist you can use the “I Forgot My Password” on the logon screen and answer your 3 secret questions. Note it is your Mother’s MIDDLE name not maiden.

 

Inactive / Disabled

This unfortunately indicates your Account was set to an inactive disabled Status. You will not be able to logon until you find out from your association the reason for the inactivation. These can cover many reasons. The most common two are billing & office transfers. It may not be you at all it may be an office issue. The only way to find out is to call your association to see what is needed to restore your service. Sandicor will not know why only your association has the actual reason Sandicor only sees the Association Status for your account.
