Paragon Emails not being received by you or your client.

The likely cause is Spam filtering or blocked by you or the provider.

The email address you need to allow. The email address used by Paragon to send all emails to your clients and you.

Clientmlsupdate@sandicor.net

And 

Both you and your client's email addresses.
