Updating the Criteria on an Existing Saved Search

UPDATING THE CRITERIA ON AN EXISTING SAVED SEARCH (METHOD 1).

CLICK ON CONTACTS > VIEW/MANAGE CONTACTS TO BRING UP THE CONTACT LIST.

NEXT, CLICK ON THE NAME OF THE CONTACT TO ACCESS THEIR DETAILS.

FIND THE SEARCH ACTIVITY FOLDER ON THE LEFT SIDE OF THE SCREEN AND CLICK ON IT.


 

CLICK ON THE NAME OF THE SEARCH AS IT APPEARS BENEATH THE SEARCH ACTIVITY FOLDER. FINALLY, CLICK ON EITHER THE EDIT SEARCH BUTTON OR THE NAME OF THE SEARCH TO THE RIGHT OF THE DIVIDER.

UPDATE THE CRITERIA IN THE SEARCH AND THEN SELECT SAVE SEARCH FROM THE BLUE MENU BAR ABOVE THE SEARCH FORM.


 

UPDATING THE CRITERIA ON AN EXISTING SAVED SEARCH (METHOD 2).

CLICK ON SEARCH > SAVED PROPERTY SEARCHES TO BRING UP A LIST OF ALL SAVED SEARCHES.


 

LOCATE AND CLICK ON THE NAME OF THE SEARCH YOU WANT TO EDIT.


 

UPDATE THE CRITERIA IN THE SEARCH AND THEN SELECT SAVE SEARCH FROM THE BLUE MENU BAR ABOVE THE SEARCH FORM.
