Why do I see a Clareity error?

When you open a browser to log into Paragon, you are issued a temporary “cookie/token” from Clareity. You must close out of ALL your browser tabs to clear your Clareity token. If you do not, and try to log in again, you may see a Clareity Error.

TIP – Have your system clear your browser History, Cache and/or Cookies each time you close your browser/system.  Contact  your internal Technical Support Team for assistance.
