Days on MLS (DOMLS): is equal to what we call active market time (AMT): Calculates from the list date received (date entered into the Paragon system) to the off market date. If a listing goes from active to withdrawn and back to active, the off market days will not be calculated when it is returned to active. The same would be true if it were in the pending status and brought back to active…the days will not be included in DOMLS while it was in the Pending status.

DOMLS = OffMarketDate – InputDate (if listing never went off market)
DOMLS = OffMarketDate – InputDate – ListingsOffMarketDays

Market Time (MT): Calculates by using the date entered as the List Date and continues to calculate through the life of the listing, and totals the days from the List Date entered until the Off Market Date. Essentially it is the total number of days since the listing was contracted (List Date) till the listing closes or goes off market.

Days on Market (DOM): Calculates by using the date entered as the List Date and continues to calculate the market time until the off market date, but will NOT include time the listing was in an off market status. (Similar to DOMLS except it uses the List Date not the list date received).

DOM = OffMarketDate – ListingDate
DOM = OffMarketDate – ListingDate – ListingsOffMarketDays
