Assume Identity

Assume Identity

Once it has been set up, you will see it in the upper right corner of Paragon.

To Setup:

Go to your User Preferences to set up who can Assume your identity:  

Click on Preferences > User In the preferences module,

Click on the Assume Identity Link in the User Preferences section on the left:

This link will allow you to Add Agents from within your office to the list of people you are granting access to your account.

Click on the Add button located in the upper left of the Assume Identity window & it will open then add Agent to Assume Identity dialog box with active members of your office.

Once the users have been added, the Assume Identity Link will appear on the Paragon Menu screen:

To Access:

Click on the Assume Identity link above the menu ribbon. The Select Agent to assume their identity dialog box now opens.

Just highlight the Agent from the list & click Assume.

 

NOTE: If you don't see an Assume Identity Option above your menu, no one has granted you access to his or her account.

          Support staff will not give access for users without Agent's written permission since this is a permission-based option only.
